Something Old Something New Bridal Boutique

I got married a couple of weeks ago. To say choosing a wedding dress was difficult is an understatement! I must have tried on one hundred different dresses in about ten different shops. I looked at so many different shops around Hampshire but I could not find the perfect dress. I then decided to try something old something new I’m Hythe. I was blown away by the customer service, the ladies in the shop were so accommodating and made me feel at complete ease. I found my dream dress and it was made so much better by having fantastic customer service. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking at wedding dresses.

I bought my dress in here for my July 2015 wedding. The staff were brilliant and made me feel so comfortable. Lesley helped me pick out some gorgeous dresses, and I finally found the perfect one after searching forever! They even steamed my dress for me 2 days before the big day. thank you so much for helping me find my perfect dress. Highly recommended, great value for money and lovely staff. :D

Chose to come to something old something new bridal boutique after visiting a few other stores unsuccessfully.I wish I came here first! Steph was so welcoming through out my appointment and there was a fantastic range of stunning dresses, all with beautiful details and reasonably priced.It was lovely to see veils and belts whilst trying on the dresses too!Ultimately ended up choosing my dress here and can't wait until it arrives.Would highly recommend booking an appointment if you are looking to find your perfect dress.

Lesley and Steph were a huge help when picking out my dress, myself and mum only pop down to have a browse in the store to start to get a feel of what I wanted to wear on my big day. Lesley was super patient with me while I tried on a load dresses helped me while I was getting hot flushes when I got overwhelmed. During this time I was super excited to say I found my dress. Lesley help us order in the dress and recommend a seamstress to alter it when it arrived.I was Lucky enough to shop there again when looking for my bridal accessories I was lucky enough to find the most beautiful two tier laced trimmed veil, steph helped me talk through hair styles and try on different headpieces but nothing seem perfect. So they sat me down with their suppliers catalogs I saw one that look like how I imagined and they place an order for me with no obligation to purchase it once it can into the store. However it was perfect!I had the joy of having Lesley join me on the morning of the wedding to put me in the dress, she helped me massively over my 18month journey from saying yes to the dress to my wedding morning! I went along to the shop with my friend a few weeks back to watch her try on dresses for her forthcoming wedding! Both Lesley and Steph were so lovely, helpful and honest! I even had my 1 year old daughter with me and they both were so lovely to her! Gorgeous dresses and a lovely welcoming shop! I've had many friends go to this shop and not one person has ever had a bad experience! Totally recommend them to anyone xx

Both my sister and myself have now said 'yes' to our dresses in this wonderful shop and I am going back with my best friend in September for her day. Brides to be must take a visit, you will not be disappointed.Always the most amazing customer service, and the dresses are sublime.Lesley and Aliesha made this a day to remember and truly became part of our magical experience. Lovely shop! With amazing customer service! I was so nervous that I wouldn’t find the perfect dress! They took all the stress away and I walked out over the moon with a gorgeous dress! Thank you ladies!

As soon as we walked in, we felt like we were really having the princess treatment! Steph was absolutely fantastic, she was patient and honest and we felt like we had 5* treatment the whole time we were in the shop. Wedding dress shopping can be extremely overwhelming but we had so much fun picking and choosing and trying on. We narrowed the dresses down to 2 and may have potentially found the one! My now wife and I wanted to leave a joint review for this bridal shop. We got married just over two weeks ago and want to recommend this shop for every bride!From the bride... I love this bridal shop, and I'm so pleased I made the trip to Hythe because I ended up finding my wedding dress! This was the fourth or fifth shop I'd been to and was by far my favourite. The ladies in the shop are really helpful, friendly, genuine and welcoming, and were kind enough to send their best wishes on our wedding day.I'd passed over my wedding dress when I looked through the rail of dresses and tried it on based on their recommendation. I narrowed it down to two finalists and Lesley gave me some good advice, saying she preferred the dress I ended up going for. When you've tried on what feels like 100s of dresses, its so helpful to have someone experienced in finding what suits you! This shop is full of gorgeous dresses at reasonable prices, where two lovely ladies help you pick out the perfect dress for you. I loved this shop so much I recommended it to a friend of mine, who ended up buying her wedding dress here too!From the groom... while I never visited the shop, my wife was bubbling with excitement when she got home from her successful trip. Definitely the happiest she came home from wedding dress hunting! When I turned round and saw my wife in the church I was blown away. It was an exquisite dress (and reasonably priced too).
