Wanted to use the postal service around 9:30 PM, and the guy said it's not open, while it's clearly written outside that the post office will be open the shop is open , as well as the postal website says the post office is open till 10PM.

Cannot take Amazon returns unless it’s packed yet instruction from Amazon says post office will pack and send product shockingly bad service as then went to Evri store in caversham and sorted it out straight away would give zero stars if I could

I visited this shop yesterday evening at around 5pm to put money in my account. I was told “you can only post letters in the evening” they are clearly making up their own rules on how a Post Office operates.
