Welcoming & clean practice building. Visually creative with a peaceful ambience. The nurses are always good natured, caring, respectful and provide a much needed helpful back up to the doctors. They assist patients with asthma, blood tests and general health care. The reception staff are efficient with helping you get messages to the doctors and assisting with enquires.

This is the best Doctor’s surgery I have ever experienced.Gp’s are very thorough and approachable. They listen and give you the time you need to talk through your issues. The nurses are very supportive and warm.Reception are helpful and patient.Altogether a great experience.Highly recommend this practice.

My daughter went to the WellBN clinic as she was experiencing anxiety. The GP was fantastic asking all the right questions and offered helpful advice in managing stress, her symptoms and referring her on for other issues. I was also really impressed by the reception staff, welcoming and helpful others particularly looking after more elderly patients with kindness and patience.

Kevin, the pharmacist has been absolutely amazing and very much appreciated, excellent care, respect and understanding of individual needs. It’s amazing to have a pharmacist, who cares people are on medication that works for them, mindful of side affects. Kevin restores my faith in medicine. Endless thanks to Kevin and the whole team. Had a consultation with Carmelo (pharmacist), who was so friendly on the phone and made me feel comfortable. He was very professional and knew exactly what to say to make my feelings valid. He did everything he could to ensure that I got the help I needed, really happy with his service :) great pharmacist!!

Had a carers health check yesterday afternoon. Comprehensive tests & the nurse was very attentive and polite. Following that I saw the carers counsellor. Lorna was so helpful and kind. She gave lots of advice and I will be seeing her again early next year.

I was seen 5 mins early by Laura for a blood test. I am a difficult patient to take blood from but Laura managed it very quickly and painlessly.Ì was then offered my annual flu jab ahead of my booked appointment 2 weeks away.Laura was charming and empathic.My results were emailed to me 3 days later.A perfect experience.

The best GP surgery. Everyone is so kind and compassionate. They provide a safe, welcoming space which helps make it easier to discuss mental health concerns as well as physical health. I appreciate everyone working there and thank them all for their support throughout challenging times.
