We took our kids on a busy Friday afternoon in the school holidays. The customer service was excellent. We were advised to use the app and order table service so we could sit down straight away.Rose (one of the customer experience staff) got our children activities and showed them how to use them. We were offered face painting too although we didn't use it.The food came quickly and was hot and tasty.The customer service was excellent and very welcome as dining out with kids can be stressful, even in McDonald's. If we are ever passing through again, we will come again.

2 weeks ago I ordered for delivery but only received half of my order. I rang but they weren't really bothered. Last week we went through the drive through and again half of the order missing. Mentioned it, took 15 minutes to rectify it. The rest of the food was cold by then. Not impressed.

Absolutely awful, 5 times in a row now, they believe that not including something in my order is acceptable, i ordered a meal aswell as a McFlurry and a muffin, yet both desserts were not Included, not to mention the Fanta that had been spilled all over my cold food. Before they blame it on just eat, it’s not their job to put the food in the bags. I’ve been told before that if I order something that doesn’t say out of stock but yet you have no StockX you won’t include anything at random due to allergies. Can you please explain how stealing money is better than putting anything in at random to replace what you couldn’t put in?

Used to be at least half decent. I've the last 6 months or so it has deteriorated to the point there's no point even ordering. The staff are completely inept. Every single time there is an extensively long wait (no matter whether they are busy or not), items missing, cold food, poor portions or special requests ignored. The latest visit was the last straw, ordered through ubereats which took 1 hour 20 minutes to arrive (actually not the delivery drivers fault), cold inedible food (some of which was time stamped at the time of being made 10 minutes before we even placed the order), missing items, drink leaked and melted ice cream that had to be poured away. We actually had to go in and complain which completely defeats the point of ordering delivery. Avoid at all costs.

Shocking!!! Went as 4 year old really wanted a treat, restaurant was shut due to the ordering machines not working which is fine so went round the drive through, then had to wait 15 mins, went to chase just in case we had been missed, politely advised we had been waiting and just wanted to see if we had been missed for the lady greeting and telling people the restaurant is closed to say 15 minutes

This isn't just the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. It's the worst ran franchise I've ever seen in 34 years.This review isn't based on a one off experience. It's disgustingly ran, foods always cold. Manager is incompetent.

That was the longest wait (45 min) for a fast food drive through, EVER! . Fries ... skrinkflation comes to mind with no salt, burgers thrown together, drinks typically below the line....this is not the first time, hence my comments. I wonder if the corporate McD's HQ know about the sub standards of this branch (A34).

Refused sauce for a Big Mac meal unless we pay extra. Shocking service. I assume it's the night staff because normally you get at least one free sauce with a meal. Update.... Waited more than an hour for delivery.. 40 pounds spent and the fries arrived squashed and clearly not a large portion. Shocking

Very dirty McDonald's, the food was overcooked and not very tasty. Not a lot of space, but there is a place to charge your phone. The only positive thing about this place is the guy who hands out the trays. he's very cool, interesting. Everything else is awful.
