Fitness aside, Bootcamp is a great place for meeting and mingling with people you might never get to know. I’ve been doing Bootcamp now for 12 years, it never becomes a chore and every session is different, rain or shine it’s a bundle of laughs, honestly. Don’t be afraid to try it out, we’re a friendly bunch. And once you get to know the instructors and people well the banter soon flows and the time flies! You can work at your own pace too. Before you know it the hour is done and your back home in a nice hot shower feel great!! However sometimes your body aches like a ba#tard the next day, be sure to stretch off with everyone at the end!

I keep coming back! I really enjoy Bootcamp UK Winchester; wonderful instructors who make it fun and are always keen to help encourage and push. It is different every session using an aray of equipment. I originally joined as I moved to the area and didn't know anyone, this was a great way to find friends with similar interests. It is for all abilities, there are always demos for new starters. If you are unsure the £10 for 10 sessions introductions are a fantastic and inexpensive way to start and once you have done that, all you need to do is show up.See you there!

I have been going to Gym for the last 20 years and I found Bootcamp UK is the best alternative, great fun and great people, the instructor is brilliant!Exercising outdoors is the best way to improve mental health.

Fantastic Bootcamp - instructors keep you going but don’t over-do it. Members are friendly and have made friends here (social events have formed because of the charmardarie shared). Sessions are nicely varied so you never know what’s coming up, which in turn never becomes boring. Choices of music are also great. Have been coming here for five years and is one of the best things I have been part of - fully recommend.

Make fitness a habit and not a chore. Good variety in the sessions with a mix of kit and body weight, encouraging instructors to keep you going and many other like-minded people to get to know. Also held at a beautiful and quite easy location to get to in central Winchester. I've been a bootcamper here for over 5 years and it's kept me sane and slim!
