Stewart was great- personable and provided an excellent service. Despite us both having to wait for the fitting due to COVID-19, he kept me updated and provided a speedy service when things opened up again. The blinds are also very good quality. We have been super impressed with the quality and installation of our new wooden and roller blinds. There was a bit of a delay due to delivery problems but they really were worth the wait. Stewart was very professional and accommodating. The added bonus was that the blinds were very reasonably priced. We would absolutely recommend Bath Blinds and will definitely use them again in the future.

Stewart at Bath Blinds was excellent. We needed new blinds for our agency and he was more than willing to come out and measure up asap. Installation happened when he said it would and he was far more reasonably priced than other companies we approached. The finished blinds were installed within an hour on the day and we are extremely happy with the results. Couldn't ask for a better service and would highly recommend Bath Blinds without hesitation to anyone.

Unfortunately I would not be recommending this company for blinds. Initially great customer service and prompt with reasonable prices, not the cheapest but could fit the quickest so went with Bath Blinds. The date given to fit was delayed as their supplier sent the wrong colour fabric (these things happen) a week delayed and they were fitted, they looked great but 4/10 blinds fitted were cut wrong so didn’t sit right. The team then came back out a week later and said they would have to take them away and cut them again (these things happens) they promised to fit them the week after, after hearing nothing I had to chase but was told they couldn’t do it when promised because of a holiday. Another week went by and they came back to fit the 4 blinds, 3 of them fitted but one was still not cut right, again promised to fit it within days but I had to chase again and was told it would be the week after. A week later they came back to fit the blind but I was told it still wasn’t cut right and they would fit it a couple of days later. That day came and they said they couldn’t do it until the following week. Finally came and fitted the last blind which still wasn’t perfect but as close as and to be honest at this point I’ve just had enough! The whole reason for going with this company was Initial keen customer service and the fitting date but as you can see 5/6 weeks delayed to finally have all my blinds fitted. They did apologise and I was told a lot of excuses, unfortunately with so much competition out there you have to do better. I would not have gone with this company if I knew the time it would take to complete the job. Everyone has a different experience but I guess my one was the unlucky side of it.

Stewart and Emma fitted my whole house with blinds today and they were efficient and friendly and done a absolutely amazing job. Couldn’t be happier with the service I received.

Bath Blind is a very reliable company, Stewart visited the spot within few days, he has quite a good selection of textiles for blinds, and the price is really good. The blinds are of high quality, fitting was carried out when it was promised. We highly recommend this company!
