Great service from Dan, he was extremely helpful and explained what I needed to modernise my old phone set up. Very satisfied with the completed job.

Dan arrived on time. Repositioned the master socket into a bedroom that we had made into a home office. Did an excellent job and would recommend to anyone needing his services. Really nice friendly guy.

Dan came to our house while we were decorating to replace the master socket insde. This involved running a new cable from the outside main grey box, around the rear of the house and through the wall into the living room. It was absolutely battering down outside but he still completed his task in great fashion! He has done a great job and all decorating is now complete. Good price and would recomend Dan and his company to anyone, definitely 5 Star service!

Thanks very much Dan. I messaged when I accidentally cut my phone line. Dan talked me through getting connected again so I was back online.Then came out in two days to install a new line from outside the house which I wanted as the old line was a mess ( engineers had come out over to years to cut and rejoin when I changed broadband supplier). Now I have a fast fresh line and also re positioned the master to a more convenient place. I can finally get rid of the old line from the 80s that was all around the house.Dan didn't charge extra for the extra work as my house is deceptively large. He was really polite and attentive.Would have been three times the price if I called BT out .Would highly recommend for any repair and also would recommend just getting a fresh install as an efficient way of getting faster broadband speeds without paying the extra subscription.

I'd googled ex Bt engineers and found Dan from Northwest Comms. I called and got a good impression of him during our conversation. He was able to come out quickly within a couple of days and I thought his quote was pretty reasonable. Very pleasant man and he did a great job. Very efficient, professional, and I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.
