I thought tribunal claim were really professional, they are very good at what they do, but the main thing I liked about tribunal claim was the interest they showed. Tom was awesome. I never needed a lawyer before and this was a great experience as he’s very knowledgeable, helpful and responsive. I couldn’t get the outcome I was hoping for but Tom was great at explaining the reality of the facts and gave me his best advise , no matter he wasn’t getting paid for it.
