Excellent Attention and Service:  From the first contact, up to the last follow-up session, the service and attention to detail has been excellent.Especially Vlad, who got me fast appointments and test results, plus the possibility to do online or in-person consultations always accommodating my schedule.Just amazing!!

I cannot speak highly enough of Dr. Berber and his exceptional assistant, Mr. Vlad. Dr. Berber is undoubtedly a leading orthopedic consultant, and Mr. Vlad's management of Dr. Berber's appointments and patient care from an administrative perspective is nothing short of remarkable.My daughter recently underwent ulnar nerve decompression surgery following a fracture, and it was Dr. Berber and Mr. Vlad who truly stood out in our journey towards recovery. They not only understood the urgency of our situation but also went above and beyond to make all the necessary arrangements for an emergency surgery. This level of dedication and empathy is something we found to be quite rare in the medical field, as other doctors we encountered seemed to merely go through the motions.Dr. Berber's surgical skill is nothing short of astounding. The incision he made on my daughter's arm is not only precise but also impeccably clean. In fact, after just two weeks post-surgery, I can hardly even detect the presence of a scar. Dr. Berber's expertise and attention to detail are truly commendable, and there's no doubt in my mind that he is a genuine life-saver.We are immensely grateful to Dr. Berber and Mr. Vlad for their exceptional care and support during a challenging time in our lives. Mr Berber provided exceptional patient care from the initial consultation through to surgery, carefully explaining all the steps. The OS clinic provided excellent support with the planning of the hospital stay. The anaesthetist put me to sleep easily and with a good sense of humour. All the staff at London Clinic were very attentive and friendly to help me get on my way. I'd like to thank everybody without exception and with much gratitude.

Had a couple issues concerning my wrist and ankle. I was referred to Dr Berber through an Osteopath local to me, and then Dr Heidari through Vlad. Both were extremely helpful and understanding of my goals and what I wanted to gain from seeing them. They’ve reassured me on the issues and how to resolve them which has given me great confidence in carrying out the recovery process. In particular , Vlad’s service has been second to none. I couldn’t have been seen to any quicker or more efficiently without his help, which has really helped the process. An absolute legend. Would highly recommend OS to anyone looking to resolve any issues.

We arrived in London on an emergency flight as my son had an accident abroad and needed multiple surgeries. We are from Australia and to our good fortune landed in the hands of Tom Hester. From the moment we met him we felt safe and comforted that we were in expert hands. Being in a foreign city with no support is daunting and Tom and his very wonderful team, including Vlad made the difficult situation we were in so much easier. Not only was the surgery a great success we were treated with kindness and consideration. Nothing was too much trouble, and the after care was outstanding. We are so grateful for our experience and for my sons recovery.

I was referred to Mr Berber for pain in my wrist that had not improved with physio. Mr Berber quickly diagnosed the reason for this and explained it very clearly, he was very friendly and made me feel at ease. My appointment for surgery was arranged quickly by Vlad who has been excellent throughout. Any questions I have had he has responded to very quickly. The procedure was successful and the aftercare second to none. I would highly recommend and I offer my sincere thanks to Vlad and Mr Berber.

Brilliant clinic with an extremely helpful and efficient team. Mr Berber is knowledgeable, experienced and passionate surgeon who made the recovery for my complicated finger trauma a pleasant experience. His assistant Vlad and the rest of the team are highly diligent. After needing additional surgery after a fall my mum was referred to Dr Berber. He has been incredible and made sure my mum always felt at ease. Surgery was booked asap and the procedure was flawless. A fantastic surgeon who really looked after my mum throughout. His secretary Vlad was unreal and kept me updated every step of the way which really helped speed along the process and helped so much with logistics. I had an appointment with Dr. Onur Berber today, and I was impressed by his politeness, professionalism, and thorough explanation of my hand injury. His assessment was comprehensive, and he provided valuable advice on improving my movements. Dr. Berber assured me that healing will take time but is achievable. My experience left me feeling positive and hopeful for recovery. The hospital and reception staff were also commendable.

Our baby daughter has been under the care of Mr Crompton, needing surgical repair of hip dysplasia. We cannot recommend Mr Crompton highly enough, he has been extremely clear, always patient with our questions, his manner is extremely reassuring and supportive. The surgery has been successful. I can’t imagine a better consultant for our daughter.
