Walk-in Backrub

Thank you to the very talented Maggie who massaged me here! I came in for my first massage and she explained everything professionally.The massage itself was excellent and really helped begin to loosen some of the tension I have stored in my upper back. Repeat visits will definitely be required to truly get my back muscles from cast iron to jelly again, and I picked up a loyalty card which will be fully stamped in no time I imagine.Looking forward to my next visit!

Such a great place. I came in at 18.55 and she still made time to give me a full attention massage. The masseuse was very alert and kept checking in if everything was still comfortable. Great prices too. 20 minutes massage and my backpain is gone. I can safely travel back home tommorow - painfree!

This branch is really tucked away! Entrances from Brewer Street or Great Windmill Street. Don't look for a street sign, instead look straight ahead for small discreet signs to Smith's Court and the stores inside there. Nearest tube is Piccadilly Circus.Massage was as usual very good. Since it's so hard to find, not many people there. It's in a very quiet location which was very relaxing. Cost does not seem to have gone up for a while and still £1/minute if going for the 40-minute option, which I would strongly recommend since the therapists can then freestyle more and give special attention to any troublesome areas you may have.

Great to find that Walk in Backrub have added another location to their portfolio. The massage I had in the Smiths Court branch was every bit as good as others I've had in the Covent Garden and Selfridges branches. Just the thing to nip aches and pains in the bud, or to ease out tensed up shoulders (which I have all too often). Wonderful not to need to book, and every Walk in Backrub masseur I've experienced has been first class. Highly recommended.

Very nice. You can see through the window of someone’s already in the chair being treated. Just push open the door and the therapist will speak to you and confirm how long the wait will be, and if anyone else is ahead of you. You can then wait on the bench inside or in the courtyard. 10, 15, 20, 30, or 40 min sessions available for walk-in. Reasonable/competitive pricing, and courteous treatment.

Best chair massage I've ever had, and I've been trained in massage from Elemis and a school in Thailand. I told the male therapist helping me I needed help recovering from a tough rock climbing session and he knew exactly what that meant. Felt like he could feel my pain himself and work then stretch the exact points. I left renewed.Keep in mind this is not a spa. It's really no frills, but certainly makes up for it with quality and price. Most more luxurious places I've been in London haven't been as good anyway!Only problem is location in a back courtyard. Worth the hunt.
