Best wing tjun training anybody can join in maidenhead area. Whether you are an absolute beginner or advance level, Shifu gives very much personal attention to an individual's development. Shifu Chris is an excellent guru, and his innovative technique makes every lesson more interesting.

As a complete beginner of 40 years of age I was a little bit nervous about doing something different and out of my comfort zone - but I am so glad that I did. Sifu Chris is a brilliant, very experienced teacher of WingTjun Kung Fu who is able to instruct people of all abilities in a calm, confident and relaxed way. You start off wondering what on earth is going on and then after a few weeks of training things start to click and you get an idea of how what you are learning links together and how it can be applied. Every class is different and you leave having tried out new things that stretch your body and your mind (in a good way!). The other participants have made me feel welcome and are very nice bunch of people - of all ages and backgrounds. Give it a go and see for yourself.

I absolutely love attending classes, the group are friendly and warm and no matter what your level of skill the sessions are always paced for everyone and Sifu Chris is an excellent teacher, the lessons are always fresh and innovative and I leave every time feeling like I have learnt as well as energised. I love that it is not only focused on learning patterns and moves but also understanding the internal Wingtjun. I would highly recommend for anyone wanting to learn martial arts you won’t be disappointed.

It is respectful and fun environment, Sifu Chris is very patient and an excellent instructor. I have been attending to this school for 2 years and I have reached a level that I could not reach in the Wing Chun schools I went to before. If you want to learn Wing Chun, do not look for another environment.
