My son had issue with his Xbox series X (I know an emergency!!), thought it was a HDMI port issue. Spoke with Matthew and left it in his capable hands.HDMI port was replaced, and I was contacted to explain that hadn’t resolved the issue, and discussed further potential causes & options.I was advised of likely costs prior to carrying out further work & was kept up-to date with work and excellent customer service throughout. I accidentally spilled coffee on my gaming PC, which caused a problem. Luckily, Irepair discovered that the GPU was the issue. I replaced it immediately and now my PC is working fine.
