Absolutely worth every penny Dave and his team were unbelievable from start to finish.Workmanship was second to none, even taking the time to commute to us to do the stove install with media wall. Even help patch a few extra holes left from our old sockets we removed from around the room. Had local quotes too but northwest were considerably cheeper. If you are considering an installation can't recommend them enough.

We have had 2 log burners installed by north west fires and I can’t recommend them enough. They were professional, cleaned up after themselves and protected the soft furnishings by covering them. Excellent quality of log burners and they also look amazing.

Connor and Jack installed a multifuel stove today, fantastic work the whole process from booking in to completion was stress free, highly professional, their work was very tidy, covered all furniture, answered all questions. Arranged for all rubble etc. to be removed. Will definitely recommend them to anyone, extremely happy.

We have had a media wall installed today with my soundbar installed too.I really wish I could give more than 5 stars what a fantastic job the guys have done today I can really thoroughly recommend this company to install your media walls.I cannot praise the guys enough job started at 10am finished at 1500 all done electrics plastering fire installed what a fantastic team

If your looking for a honest unpushy service these are the guys!! The only company that actually listened to what I wanted. David and Rebecca always lovely when I called into the showroom.. Connor and Jack installing were just lovely as well.. covered all my furniture and curtains, cleaned up after themselves!! What more can you ask for. Just love my fire It’s amazing !!!

Unfortunately we needed a new liner for our stove and our chimney sweep recommended North west fires. They were very helpful and came promptly to do the job which turned out to be a bigger job than expected. Thank you both for your hard work. Definitely recommend this firm.
