Old School Yoga

I came to practice with Manju Jois and had a great time. It was really nice meeting Ben and having a great conversation with him. Ben is a great teacher and has lovely energy, I'd love to practice with him again in the future.

Such a beautiful studio and the level of Ben’s teaching is second to none! He is very knowledgeable in his yoga practice as well as anatomy and alignment and teaches who is in front of him instead of just a rote practice. Ben provides adjustments and explanations making his classes accessible to both beginners and the more advanced practitioner and I would highly recommend his classes.

17 of us used the cafe following a local walk, we had toasted sandwiches made to order. All where excellent and reasonably priced. Lovely garden and friendly, helpful owners. Highly recommended.
