Been in this place between me and my wife 6 times... over a period of three months with 3 different proscriptions. I have not yet walked out with anything, beyond a joke.

Nice big boots but for some reason you have taken away all the tills, was being charged the wrong price at the tills for a few items and the sales assistant made me walk around the store to check the prices of everything. Not great customer service but a nice shop otherwise.

Boots - Castlepoint (Sunday 29th Oct 2023)I've written a few reviews about the customer service experience at Boots (and the pharmacy) Castlepoint Bournemouth....sadly it doesn't seem like it's reached the management of the store.The experience at Boots (incl the pharmacy) is SHOCKING, instead of it improving it seems to have gotten worse than my previous experiences.Arrived at the pharmacy counter and enquired with the scruffy assistant if they had a particular brand of Solpadene, was told well you'll will have to come ova ere". NIL customer service ability at all.My wife was passing the make-up counters and enquired about something she wanted (not inexpensive

Self service tills only option to pay. Didnt accept boots card for me or assistant then tried to charge £6 for £2 item,assistant cleared that but still wouldn't accept payment. Assistant said I know what we will do" to which I said "so do I I'll go to a shop that have proper tiills"

Having my local boots being closed, the next nearest was Castlepoint. I've not been a customer or goto Boots as a customer reguarly, but I was pleased with the efficent manner in how the pharmacy counter was being run. Parking was easy and I got my medicines within 10 minutes. I'll be glad to go back to this boots the next time I have to get my prescription and will allow more time to browse around the massive shop, it looks really good.Thanks again to the team on the pharamacy counter, really pleasent people to deal with.

Every time recently when I am going to Boots Castle Point shopping centre forThe Ordinary makeup and skin care products always have something missing!This time the shelves were quite empty !Disappointed, I don't have another choice, because only in this big Boots they have these products.;Trust me , I checked so many Boots in Bournemouth and Wimbourne!

Horrible customer service… very rude security guard telling me off for taking my tiny dog in. He saw me walking through the door, I looked at him while walking through. He could not rase his voice to say dogs aren’t allowed madam… He followed us through the shop, he was so rude in his language while we where filling our large basket. There is no sign on the door dogs aren’t welcome. I spend hundreds of pounds for my whole family… perhaps kindnesses and nice language is more powerful…. Get rid of this rude person…
