Fantastic service. The lady who took my order over the phone was very professional. Gave me enough options to decide what would be best. Not just the normal what do you want but gave me options. The delivery guy was super friendly. The flowers are amazing. Thank you for superb service. Will definitely use this local florist again compared to online florists.

Absolutely outstanding service and stunning floristry. This business went above and beyond with my order. I sadly provided wrong addresses and they attempted until I was able to give them the right one which was miles away from the original order address. Thank you so much for going above and beyond. Im a wedding photographer in South Wales and recently worked with a couple who had Gwillims supply their wedding with flowers. We have been buying special occasion flowers from Gwillim Florists' for over 30 years. Deidre has always shown patience, kindness and a flare for sound advice when needed. Recently she created beautiful flower arrangements for my grandfather's funeral. We requested flowers in the shape of boxing gloves and they were beautifully arranged. She is a lovely lady and a true professional. Thank you Deidre from all the family.

I wanted to order flowers for a dear friend who lives in the UK (whereas I live in the United States). I couldn't be more impressed with the arrangement they created. They went above and beyond my expectations by adding a Mickey Mouse head (made from flowers). Such a perfect touch and so unexpected. My friend was moved to tears when she received them. I can't say enough about Gwillim Florist. I don't suppose you'd like to open a location here in the US?
