Basecamp Bunkhouse

We had 2 nights in the Yurt, what an amazing experience, perfect location and the whole site was well maintained. There was lots to do in the area. Tom and Katie were amazing hosts with loads of local knowledge. Overall we had the most amazing time, 10/10 highly recommended.

Such a great place to stay!Katie, Tom and Anne were incredibly accommodating.Did a SUP introduction with Katie who was not only great banter but also a very good instructor.Can’t wait for our next stay!Felt like a proper glamping experience with the grass being Left for nature to do it’s thing. Not lots of other campers around disturbing the fantastic peace and quiet.

This was our first trip away without our kid is so long so to say we were excited would be an understatement....Unfortunately when we arrived noone was about so we had to venture back out and come back later, When we did get back the lady took some finding...We hired the yurt, there was no pathway which is fine but everything was overgrown so our feet and legs were soaked before we started...Tried to arrange paddlebording which they do but the communication was so poor we gave up..The night we stayed (we paid for 2)was awful the wind was so strong(not blaming the owners they don't control the elements) we didnt sleep a wink.. But the yurt was almost taking off... If they moved it 10 feet left it would be shielded by the trees and it wouldn't be such an issue..Overall the whole site isn't very well maintained to be honest the bathroom was dirty and microwave right next to a Guinea pig... We left a day earlyThey did give us a slight refund I must add which is fair enough

Had an excellent time staying in a glamping tent at Basecamp Bunkhouse. Lovely quiet spot and the hosts couldn't do enough to help. Will be back!

Great accommodation and had a fantastic couple of nights stay, the Fureys were great hosts especially Katie.We had a guided day walking on mount Snowdonia which was lovely showed us some of hidden places and Toms knowledge of the area was brilliant.Would highly recommend a weekend with Basecamp Bunkhouse.

Lovely spot, run by great people! We had a wonderful chill and relax when we came here for the weekend, and so welcoming of dogs too! We'll definitely be coming back!

Hosts were very considerate and obliging. The facilities were big on and I've nit been that relaxed in a long time..definitely gown back there

Can't recommend enough Tom and Katie and Anne couldn't be more welcoming beautiful glamping tent and the local mtb trails are some of the best in country that I have ridden. Do yourself a favour and just book it and go you won't be disappointed.
