Ace Computer Repairs Eastbourne

I recently made my first attempt at building my own custom gaming PC and unfortunately once I had finished it did not post. I had no idea what was wrong so I took it to Ace Computer Repairs. Patrick was very kind, professional and helpful. He took my PC the same day I called and had it back to me the same day. After originally quoting me an amount for looking at it he charged me less than this quote since it wasn't a big issue to get the PC running. Additionally he helped me fix some compatibility issues with my parts and replaced some parts for me at relatively low cost. When I took it home I was unable to activate Windows and Patrick immediately offered to help free of charge by remotely accessing my PC and activating Windows for me. Would absolutely recommend Ace Computer Repairs, faultless service.

My MacBook Pro suffered the black screen of death. Stupidly I hadn't saved my work for two weeks. Patrick managed to get everything back – even working at 3 in the morning – and got me up and running again with maximum speed and minimum fuss, saving me thousands of pounds in the process. Patrick provides an excellent service - he responds quickly and was flexible with drop off and pick up timings. He was able to fix the screen and replace the fan on my macbook quickly and it came back like new! He also gave some good advice and tips on how to prevent problems in the future. Thank you!

I went to Patrick because my MacBook would no longer switch on, hoping that some/all of the data could be extracted to be then put on a new laptop. Not only was he able to extract and back up all the data, he also made the Mac totally reusable, fixed a problem with the speaker and screen, and fully upgraded the system. Decided to use Ace Computers after seeing other great reviews online and wasn't disappointed. Patrick was very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. I dropped my imac off with Hard Drive failure and had it back the same day. Runs like new. Excellent service, will be using again, highly recommended.
