Paddock Stile Manor Dementia Care Home

My Mam is now living at paddock stile Manor care home.I have found the staff to be very friendly, efficient and caring.The home keeps my sister and me informed of any changes in our Mother's circumstances.All in all, I can say that I am very happy with the care my Mother is receiving.

This is the best home for miles it should definitely get a excellent 10 out of 10 my dad loves it in there he settled straight away the staff are brilliant everyone are just so professional ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

My Father inlaw lived here for 8 years. He was looked after at the highest standard. Could not fault staff and facilities.

Very homely environment, friendly staff, Residents are well entertained, 5 star food and very clean, would definitely suggest to friends and family.

My mam has been at paddock stile in total about 4 years , she is very well cared for and loved . The team in paddock stile from the cooks and the domestics to the care staff and management are amazing , they are my extended family and play a vital part in my family. Anything my mam needs and I need is met with care and consideration.Paddock stile is my second home as it's my mams home and I couldn't wish for a better place for my mam to be xThank you as always for doing what you do paddock stile x

The staff are excellent and very caring towards the residents (and their families). They keep you informed about everything and nothing is too much trouble for them

Have been told tonight nurse based care is closing down and now have 4-5 weeks to find a care home for our loved ones!!! Disgusted to say the least! Myself as a family member and other relatives of patients DO NOT WANT this to happen!! When are our opinions counted for anything!! Why not fix the problem rather than just closing it all together! When are people going to realise these patients are actual people and not just statistics!! WHY WOULD YOU WANT TO UPROOT A DEMENTIA PATIENT WHO IS SETTLED AND HAPPY!!!

Jane WallisI have worked many different care homes since I started my career in care 28 years ago and I can honestly say since starting here in April 2019 that this home has a lovely atmosphere, lovely residents who all happy and well cared for by excellent trained care staff who love their jobs and they always make sure the residents come first. I can honestly say I love working here.

My Mum has been in Paddock Stile for over 2 years. She has been well looked after with care and love. In fact over the past year they have been my Mum’s family because of Covid 19 and the isolation rules. We speak regularly on the phone and have video calls. Mum says she is happy which means such a lot. This is due to the caring staff who are always cheerful and very considerate, understanding the heartache we feel at not being able to visit. It is my Mums 95th Birthday today and everyone has been so kind making sure she has had a lovely day and that we had photos of her opening cards and presents. Our heartfelt thanks to all the staff for acting with compassion and professionalism, especially through these very difficult times which have affected us all. Take care and stay safe.

I visited the home for 10 years to help out before i became a carer and still love the residents and staff and its a lovely place to work it feels like home from home
