Best facial I’ve had hands down. Cindy has a wealth of knowledge and is so easy to talk to. Everything was tailored to my particular skincare needs. Cindy’s advice has been absolutely spot on and my skin has cleared up within two weeks. My skin hasn’t looked this good in years.

The magic touch...Cindy works miracles, she truly does. When I first went to see Cindy, my skin was fragile and I was on medication to control my rosacea. Within weeks I was free of the medication, following a simple daily routine with regular geneo facials and lovely products and my skin had never looked and felt better. Years later, I look forward to every appointment and always leave relaxed with both uplifted skin and wellbeing, thanks to Cindy's warm and caring nature and her professional and knowledgeable approach. Even through the lockdowns Cindy made it possible to maintain the routine with the letterbox facials she put together - a fun and welcome chance to still indulge in some 'me time'.

I was lucky enough to be given a voucher which enabled me to have a back and beyond massage and an unique to you facial. What an amazing experience! From the moment you walk in there is a beautiful tranquil atmosphere. The massage was fabulous;deep and cleansing using gorgeous organic products. Cindy certainly knows her stuff which was further evidenced on my second visit for the facial. I have never had a facial like it! Tailored to my needs and current skin condition it left my skin super smooth and much brighter. This present has spoilt me….. I will have to return! Thank you Cindy.

Today was my first time visiting Cindy and I will definitely be returning! She has helped me more today than any doctors I’ve seen in the last eight years has. She has already done wonders to my skin in just one facial. I can’t wait to use the products she’s recommended and to book in for my next facial. She is so lovely and what she doesn’t know about skin isn’t worth knowing. She makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed whilst receiving your treatment.She’s the best!

I can't recommend Cindy at The Beauty Retreat more. Cindy takes time to talk and find out what my current skin issues are and what I want from this facial. I feel that my skin has improved since having these facials, understanding my skin more and using products that suit my skin. The environment is very calming and Cindy takes the time to ensure you're comfortable. I'll definitely be back!

Cindy is an expert when it comes to taking proper care of your skin. She's highly knowledgeable about her products and developing the right skincare routine for your needs. I chose her spa services because she uses Eminence Organic Skin Care products, which are always high quality. (I don't want to be at a spa that uses products that smell nice but are disruptive to my health. I know I can trust Eminence products to always be a healthy, effective option for my skin.) I appreciated Cindy's educational approach, I like to know what my practitioner is using and why! It helps me feel more confident in the treatment I'm getting, as well as learning how to continue to care for my skin at home.

Cindy at the beauty retreat is a skin wizard! I used to wear heavy make up to try and cover up bad rosacea, which nothing seemed to work for, until I found Cindy! Now, my rosacea is completely cleared up and I haven’t looked back. I’ve been going to Cindy regularly for nearly 10 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. The beauty retreat is a real haven and I always come away feeling totally rejuvenated. Cindy is also a mindset coach so I always come away with so much more than when I went in!
