I called SafeSpark out in an emergency. On the initial call they told me exactly what their fees were, they came exaqctly when they said they would (that day) and fixed the problem there and then. First class professional service and will use them again.

Called over the weekend to request a call out - was told Tuesday was fine and that a quote would be with me on Saturday. Sent photos which they confirmed were OK and again said quote would follow. It didn't. Heard nothing on Monday - phoned them Tuesday morning and they had no record of the booking and said no one would be coming today. No need an emergency call out which will cost more (if i can get one). Time and money wasters - avoid.

Once again Safespark have provided a 5* service. We are currently having building work on the roof and at lunchtime today the roofer damaged an electrical cable. We called Safespark straight away and by 3.30 Safespark had been and the cable repaired. This allowed the roofers to continue without any delay or inconvenience.This is the 8th or 9th time we have used Safespark from a rebuild to changing a socket - they never disappoint.Highly recommended.

They were great! Super efficient in that they actually noticed a cancelled appointment and got me in next day for PAT testing my PA system. Really friendly to boot and of course professional. Very happy with the service x

Excellent response and quick diagnosis of electrical fault after total loss of power. Assisted in contacting National grid to get it repaired. Office staff were also very helpful and quick ....Several months laterGot them to install 3 new plug sockets in our new kitchen and check another issue. Fantastic work , highly recommended

Installed 2 new double sockets in garage, and quickly identified an issue with some lights in the house too as requested and quoted for. All quickly done and sorted without any fuss or delay. Very polite electrician, smart uniform and van, clearly well kitted out. After agreeing quote, work quickly scheduled and completed. Quote competitive and as billed. Professional outfit who I would use again and highly recommend to others.

This was first time I asked them to do the jobs, and I was a bit worried about their quote, because they charged for first an hour,not for the jobs and I thought it would take another day.
