I just want to share what great customer service I have received from this company. I purchased a Storz AWT machine back in 2018 and had recently experienced a couple of issues with it. The machine was out of warranty but nothing was too much trouble. Both Richard and Valentine couldn’t have been anymore helpful. Just wanted to say what a great company there are to deal with.

I’ve been using radial shockwave wave for over a year, embarrassed to admit I’d been using a ‘cheaper’ unit from another company. Made the change several months ago to the MP50, wow! What a difference, currently achieving great results and receiving very good feedback from athletes.. and non athletes.. regarding how successful and relatively quickly they are returning to sport and pain free life, this kit has helped my business no end, can’t recommend it enough. We’ve used our Storz MP100 radial shockwave machine in our sister clinic for 18 months now and have been really impressed with the clinical results so have decided to invest in the MP50 for our clinic here in Knaresborough. It’s been an easy process from start to finish. Jonny was very helpful at the sales end, the service and information fantastic from the marketing department. Last night we had an introductory online CPD session with one of Venn’s trainers - Martin Thomas (Advanced Practitioner Physiotherapist) which was well communicated, informative and engaging. And today we took delivery of the machine. Engineer Valentine was a pleasure to work with; clearly explaining how the machine works, how to maintain it and how to organise servicing. We’d definitely recommend Venn Healthcare for Storz Medical Shockwave machines… We’l be in touch when we’ve saved up for the focus shockwave machine…

Great knowledge and training for shockwave therapy, as a previously novice user of shockwave I feel like my competency has taken a giant leap after just a one day course! I would love to do the advanced course also! Shock wave has even more applications than I thought! This was an excellent course, and I feel much more confident in using shockwave therapy now. Mike Grice was an excellent instructor with a vast amount of knowledge on the subject. I would not hesitate in recommending this course to anyone interested in learning about this modality

I have attended several courses organized by Venn Healthcare when I was doing my PhD in Leeds a few years ago. Just recently, I have attended the Men's Health course with Gerard Greene, Yves De Vos & Benoy Mathew (online). Although the course is short, it was an eye opener to a lot of issues related to men's health. As a physiotherapist specialized in groin pain, I believe both areas are closely related. I highly recommend attending their courses if you want to update and also sharpen your clinical reasoning and decision making skills.

We have had the STORZ Radial ESWT for 2 years and have now purchased a STORZ EMTT. Delivery by Valentine was quick, thorough, and friendly. We also had the ESWT serviced at same time of EMTT delivery. Support from Venn Healthcare has been good and it’s great to see the community growing along with resource bases. Highly recommend.

We took delivery of our new Shockwave machine by Valentine who was the consumate professional. Very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful in his explanation of the machine, the maintenance contract options and checking we fully understood everything. Agi was a brilliant trainer and has been such a help throughout from ordering and delivery, to training and answering any emails and queries we may have. She was patient and answered questions we had whilst training, in depth and with reasoning. A great service from Venn and we are already getting fantastic results from Ultraformer III HIFU.
