It's more fitness gym club then gym not much equipment to train weights , and it's really busy in morning when football team training and occupied whole benches and weights

A great green area for dog walkers, runners, children to explore with many open green areas, many paths to follow up and down small inclines but also lots of flat spaces with many carved trees turned into seating, keeping the area in keeping with nature, remember as a child many fond memories when the old Grange and farm were there sadly now gone, but still a wonderful place for a walk with or with pets or a peaceful picnic r just to take elderly folk for some fresh air and peace and quiet

I love this park! It's mostly untouched, and the best spot to get some peace and quiet. I often go there to listen to birdsong or look for butterflies, but it's also a brilliant place to walk a dog if you have one.

I go there 4 times a week it is my second home and all the Staff are Fantastic there. It is a Community Trust as well as a Sports Centre there is a Social Service there on the 1st Floor and there is a Lift to get up there if you are Disabled. They do lots off things there for the Local Community. It is a fantastic place and they have Day Trips as well for all the Local Community. There are things going on all the time there. It is the best thing when they Built that new Building about 10 years ago.

With a bit of TLC this could be a lovely park. As it is, it's fine for walking the dog but at the moment I would go elsewhere if I was just looking for an amble round a park.
