When you call in to Riviera Decking it can be overwhelming with the wide range of decking and hot tub options but after taking a moment do take the time to chat with the team. I have to say they have done a fantastic job on our deck and its been easy all the way through.Every finish is right and considered to ensure what they leave you with is exactly what you want⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

1. New receptionist didn’t know if they did fencing2. Requested photos which we did. Then wanted us to measure!!! I said I expected someone to come out and advise us.3. David visited and promised the world. Said “quote within a couple of hours or by end of the day.4. Phone call saying quote after weekend.5. No phone call so we called. David sick. No quote. No visit to see product. Promised quote in 2 days.6. 3 weeks later a phone call to say taken on commercial contract so won’t be doing residential till the Autumn.Outrageous. Despicable.No way to treat potential clients.

I needed a large decking installed in my Nans garden to give her some space to go out on to, with out having to go down a step as she has limited mobility. They were fantastic deck builder and were very polite and respectful of her house and garden. But they did enjoy the free bacon sandwiches she insisted on making them!! They used millboard which I had never heard of, but it lasts longer apparently. To me it just looks like wood. I have already suggested them to a couple of other people in torbay but I would go as far as to suggest them to anyone in Devon. They have been great and helpful for someone (me) who didn't know about building or decking or any of it. I really appreciated the advice. Thanks guys.

So we used David and the team to help us design and update our tired decking and has made it into something incredible! (I can’t add my pictures but words are just not enough)Once we went through the space available the guys came up with a plan, and watching them work hard all weathers to get it sorted, and making it so I can take my Nan out there in her wheelchair to admire the views has made her life so much better, it has given her a new lease of life and She is able to access nature from our garden once more!So thank you so much, they are accurate with all their timings, and how long it takes to complete and most importantly stick to deadline, Mark and Kieron were stars as well! We appreciate all your hard work, if you ever need decking these guys are one of the best I know for sure!
