I can't speak highly enough of this company. Friendly, welcoming and professional, I took my casio Gshock watch in for a new battery which was promptly sorted for me and i was very happy with the very low price.Unfortunatley my watch went faulty within a few days, so i took it back in and unlike a lot of large brand companies they accepted responsibility straight away and took it back in to try and rectify the issue, they kept me informed all the time but had to concede that they couldn't fix it but without hesitation offered to replace the exact watch without charge which they have done and they travelled forty odd miles from Kendal to Preston to deliver it. What more can i say FANTASTIC PEOPLE AND JEWELLERS

Took in a Citizen watch to have the strap reduced. Done in the hour, great service, excellent price, staff very friendly and professional and did a fantastic job, thank you

Due to its unusual shape, other jewellers I visited were unable to resize my engagement ring, however this was no problem for Kendal Goldsmith! The staff were super friendly and you would never have known the ring has been resized. Highly recommended.

We went to Kendal Goldsmiths to choose our wedding rings and get my engagement ring resized. We received superb customer service from their team, especially Emily who made the whole process such a joy! They had a wide range of rings to choose from and were very patient as we carefully picked through everything to find rings that were exactly what we were looking for. They were very accommodating and their prices were very reasonable. They kept us up to date along the way and let us know when our rings had arrived.We were blessed once more with the wonderful Emily when we went to pick up our rings, which were exactly as expected, fit perfectly, and were presented to us in an adorable wooden box!I would 100% recommend Kendal Goldsmiths to anyone, the whole experience was stress free and all round fairly magical! They will be our go to jewelers in the future!

I have bought jewellery here over the last twelve years and had repair work done on two occasions when I have damaged rings. They provide an excellent, topnotch customer service. They offer bespoke pieces and their prices are incredibly competitive. I live in mid Wales and travelled there recently especially to find an individual piece that, in time, will have huge sentimental value. I was thrilled with my purchase.
