About time changed name struggle to find much for a quid in hrre

Wells the shop weren't too bad some occasions have interesting good stuff but some items were bit pricey

This is usually my go to when I have long shifts, but today really frustrated me. I went to buy one redbull and one monster drink. Woman at the tills(with the golden hair, elderly, walks with a limp) rudely said she couldn’t serve it to us. She then asked for id and I said I will come back let me grab it from my workplace as I work literally across the road. She refused that and took away our whole basket and told us come with solid id. Me and my colleague are both 18 and felt offended by the horrible customer service, we understand policy however there’s ways to speak to customers and that was not a way to speak to anyone. We then brought our shift manager to the store and she still refused to serve us even with an adult present. Please if you’re gonna follow policy come across nice about it. I sell redbulls on a daily basis, don’t understand the hassle in the process she took us through today.

Absolutely vile area. Really gone downhill over the last 10 years. Shops selling rotting fruit, drunks lolling all over the place, junkies trying to sell knocked off perfume for their next fix, feral kids causing a nuisance to shop staff and the general appearance of under investment. What's the MP doing for the area? Avoid like the plague.

The store’s collection is good! All staff are good but one old lady named Susan her behaviour is quite rude! I faced it 3 times. If next time I’ll find her behaviour rude I’ll complain to store manager!
