Well stocked pet shop, staff was very friendly and helped me with my enquiry. Have some really good deals on. Definitely worth checking them out. Nice little car park, too, and trolleys available.

Some staff really professional, I mean they didn't recommend me to get food I wanted for my Chihuahua, although they could just sell it. When I order product, it's always on time delivered to the shop.

Excellent service, if they don’t have what you need they’ll try and get it for you and if something is out of stock they will give you a call as soon as it is available. Loads of variety in pet food from wild birds, chickens, cats, dogs etc, to aquatic supplies for tank and pond fish. My Dogs love going to Rookes, they always get a fuss and a few treats!

Great selection and good social distancing. We bought a dog bed for our adult labrador. Large sign in shop warns that dog beds are not indestructible. Sadly he pulled a little bit this morning and made a hole in the cover. The inside stuffing holder tore as well as it isn't much stronger than tissue paper. On closer inspection the fur fabrics is such an open weave that his claws are pushing straight through and puncturing the stuffing bag. I've fixed it as I didn't want the bother of returning it and having to argue. I really don't think this fabric is fit for purpose. On opening up the bed to fix the tear I was shocked at how badly it is sewn and the quality of the fabric. It looks good but I don't expect this to last more than a month for £45 I expected better.

Nipped in for cat litter went to buy my normal brand but was £5 more expensive here than on Amazon. Needless to say I ordered from Amazon with next day delivery.

Always friendly staff and a great selection of products. Took our new rescue dog with us and she loved having a good look around (and yes, both of our fubabies left with new toys and treats!). Would definitely recommend a visit.

They are so helpful with great knowledge of their products and prices are more than competitive with the big chain outlets. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
