London Roof Surveys

After seeing some of Steven's very informative videos on YouTube, I sent him a message asking his opinion on our flat roof. Steven responded almost immediately and asked me send some pictures and description. Promptly, he had sent back his own video containing his early observations and thinking. I'm really grateful for the advice, and extremely impressed with the speed of response and willingness to help. He had the patience of replying to my many emails and provided an honest and expert opinion, which was really appreciated.I would highly recommend Steven in this area of expertise.

Steven had not worked with me before, but I asked him a question about my roof (purely because I had seen he was an expert online)... and he replied within 24 hours...I was not expecting him to respond to the length he did (he actually replied with a film!) - but it addressed my question fully.... Steve helped to guide me whilst I was developing my specification for converting my existing ‘cold’ flat roof to a ‘warm’ roof. Steve has been extremely helpful with consultation on the design and installation of my warm flat roof. He has demonstrated an encyclopaedic knowledge of what are the best practices for a long-lasting roof installation, and without his skill, knowledge and expertise, I'm sure I would have ended up with a roof which was of a lower quality. I contacted London Roof Surveys as needed a roof surveyor / roof survey or maybe an actual roof inspection? It was an issue with an uninsulated flat roof over may garage and I wasn't sure how to undertake the work and was also concerned about creating condensation if I got things wrong. London Roof Surveys provided a prompt roof report via phone and a video clip and all free of charge! This was an excellent service with Steven obviously very experienced and knowledgeable at his trade. Would definitely recommend using them.

I need a flat roof inspection every few years for my insurance. Steve was responsive, friendly, quick and tidy. He will be my first call next time my insurance requires another inspection.

Steve is very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The advice he gives in his roof report is very thorough. Some answers I could not find regarding a problem with my flat roof but with his knowledge he solved all my issues.
