Beds are not comfortable. Pillows are realy thick and not soft

Staff very friendly and helpful. Check-in was quick and easy.Hotel was clean with plenty of tea and coffee available.Room was clean and there was a fan to use, no air conditioning but window opened.The only thing missing was a USB charging point.Not easy to see the entrance from the road, it was off the ring road and in behind the Shell garage. Couldn't see the Travelodge sign from the road.

One night stay with whole family for a wedding staff were amazing and helpful! Quite clean although could be cleaner and some renovations need doing but other than that thank you!

Run down with many aspects in need or repair, but adequate enough for a bed to sleep in - although some rooms back onto the busy main road.Staff very friendly and accommodating. Close to supermarket and a Beefeater for food.

Where do I start! Walked into the hotel, nice and clean reception and was looking forward to our 2 night stay with my girlfriend. Tim behind the desk was very helpful, he then gave us the key to our room and that’s when everything changed.The bedding definitely was not changed, full of hair, crumbs, stains and marks, including marks on the bedsheets and headboard. All along the windowsill was crumbs and bits of food going moldy.When things couldn’t get much worse, we went into the bathroom, the toilet seat had urine stains and marks, the bath was moldy and basically rotted through with tiny holes in the bath. The shower head water was coming out in a horrible shade of yellow and brown.I then went back to reception told them the situation and the manager Elaine was so unprofessional and rude, “your not getting a refund” “you chose to stay here” so unprofessional. She was saying to us come and see another room, at that point we were getting ready to leave. Elaine then said about giving me half the refund back, until she said “the bank details shown on record are different to your card” “Are you sure you even paid”I will be reporting this “hotel” to Environmental Health Agency, it’s appalling, when we turnt up there was only 2 cars and this was way after check in time! Whatever you do, do not go there. You either get lied too or verbally abused.

Great helpful staff on my stay. Big thank you too to Teresa too on the desk. Love the bathroom and extra big towel too. Love the safety handle by the bath too it helps too

Super hotel, very clean and comfortable rooms. We booked here last minute for F1 practice session and it was a great base close to the track. Teresa and Elaine were both super lovely and do an amazing job. The entrance was decorated with chequered flags which was a really nice touch when we pulled up at the hotel. We will definitely rebook here when returning to Silverstone!

Plenty of free parking. Close to supermarkets. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean and spacious.Noise was an issue. The electric heater on the wall made a quiet but noticeable alarm sound at times, so I had to switch it off. You can hear the nearby traffic quite clearly. Expect to be woken up by other guests as the doors make more noise than they should. The place is dated and needs replacing or refurbishing. I wouldn't stay there again, even at the low price I paid.
