After years of putting off getting a new boiler I finally cracked when the boiler conked out during the recent cold weather, tried calling a couple of engineers but Richard was the first to answer so he got my trade, very professional and fitted me a new boiler at a great price and with no hidden costs at the end, will definitely be recommending him to others and using him again, cheers Richard.

Another great plumbing job. Richard worked methodically (with a lot of challenges) to relocate our water softener in our new extension build. He also made a great job rerouting our supply in the floor, then waste out from washing machine and first fix for a new sink ... Oh, and connected all our rads! Last week he laid new gas piping for us under our new patio at short notice too! Really pleased with his work, great price and a pleasure to have him working on site - will def be booking him back in to do our shower! Thanks Rich!

Called out Richard on a Thursday evening and he promptly arrived. He was courteous, professional and really knows & loves his work. He carefully diagnosed the problem and explained it all to me. The part was ordered and he returned on Saturday morning and spent hours fixing my central heating and hot water issues.He had correctly diagnosed the initial problem and to his immense credit did not want to leave until everything was working perfectly.Perhaps best of all was the fact that he spotted that my system has been wired up incorrectly which had caused me years of minor problems. He wired it all up properly and corrected what several British Gas engineers had either failed to spot or could not be bothered to rectify.A first class heating engineer that I would highly recommend.
