With Cawthorns its all about the detail, They listen and they process which enables them to offer you the right product. The amount of time and effort they put in to making sure you get that right product isn't dependent on value it could be a 99p pen or a £500 pound office cabinet.The Customer Service that I have experienced from Cawthorns is what you would expect customer service to be but unfortunately for most companies its a thing of the past.ThanksColin

I have just received 100 beanie/pom pom hats with school logos from the wonderful people at Cawthornes. From start to finish they could not do enough for the school. All the staff at Cawthornes were highly accommodating, as we changed our minds on numerous occasions!
