As someone who restores lighting for a hobby I’m a repeat customer of Enamel Shades. Their product range is good, delivery is fast and efficient and their website is attractive. Moreover their pricing is good value compared to other, somewhat pretentious suppliers of lighting components.Most importantly, for me, they are very personable to deal with.

Needed fittings for rooms with low ceilings. Sophie was ever so helpful and a pleasure to deal with, giving us good ideas. The quality and price were excellent compared to the high street. I purchased the ceiling rose, with matching wall lights and bulbs. Very happy with how they look. Would recommend the team at Enamel shades. A positive experience.

This place was such a great find, and it was nice to shop locally. The staff were helpful and friendly and offer a great service. The choice of lighting and fitments leaves you spoilt for choice. We bought two different light fittings for our kitchen diner and they look great as do the filament light bulbs we chose to go with them. Would highly recommend visiting here for original lighting ideas.

Over the years I have picked up various items from the team and price/ quality is excellent and the service is brilliant.Nothing is too much trouble, they have built me bespoke items in the past to an excellent standard and a very reasonable price! Took a beloved Waterford Crystal lamp to be repaired first thing this morning and it was fixed by lunch. Service from Harry was second to none, and so reasonably priced. Highly recommend.

Have a vintage lamp that I bought in a junk shop abroad a while back but had started playing up (er, I don't think tripping the circuit breaker is a good sign). Nicely rewired with new bulb holders etc. and done more or less as I waited. Very happy with the job and lovely people to deal with.

Sophie at Enamel Shades has helped me with three lighting projects now, all involving the renovation of vintage fittings. I have found Sophie to be courteous and efficient, she has sourced tricky to find components for me, this has enabled me to preserve the authentic original appearance of the light fittings. Even when the order has been for just a few low-cost items (and the quality products are prices VERY competitively!) Sophie has treated me as if I were placing an order worth hundreds of pounds. One of the best customer service experiences I have had, the staff at Enamel Shades really value their customers and provide them with outstanding service.
