I recently had two stoves installed by Valley Stoves and I cannot recommend highly enough James and his colleague Mark who made an excellent job of both installations, even when one of these was a particularly tricky to fit insert stove. It is clear James is a highly experienced and skilled fitter who offers a friendly, reliable and quality service at an exceptionally competitive price.Both stoves work perfectly and look fantastic. Found Valley Stoves through a local search and so pleased that we did. James did absolutely outstanding work in installing our stove, was professional, extremely skilled, clearly knew his trade and we would not hesitate to recommend him. Absolutely fantastic service from Valley Stoves! I’m so happy with our new stove! James and Mark have done a brilliant job installing it and I was amazed how little mess and dust there was! As I don’t have a chimney they had to drill through the wall to outside and I was dreading the inevitable mess afterwards but I was very pleasantly surprised! James was exceptionally helpful and patient too while I took forever choosing the perfect stove and hearth!!Would 100% recommend!Thank you Valley Stoves!
