Hi, I'm writing this review to say how pleased with all the service I have had with the Lexus main dealers in Hadfield Road ,Cardiff.I'm now on my third vehicle with them and I have been absolutely thrilled with all three.Controls are very straightforward which suits me as I'm no petrolhead , navigation system first class and the cars are very easy on the eye and run extremely smoothly.Also I have to praise the staff, anytime I have had any queries or minor problems the issues have been dealt with very swiftly, I can't speak highly enough of them.In short I would thoroughly recommend Lexus Cardiff to anyone looking to change their motor.Nick Adams

We cannot recommend Lexus Cardiff enough!Shaun at Lexus Cardiff delivered absolutely outstanding service from start to finish & made our new car experience second to none. For the past 6 months nothing was too much trouble & his consistent check in’s have made the time fly by!The rest of the team, including reception staff have also been really knowledgeable, helpful & quick to respond!Lexus Cardiff have offered us an incomparable luxury from the moment we walked through the door to the moment we left with our new car!We look forward to doing business with both Shaun & Lexus again in the future & will definitely recommend to both our family & friends!

Awesome!! Excellent service received from Lexus, Cardiff. I am especially impressed by the sales person Ryan who processed all things within 2 days and delivered car in an immaculate condition. He sorted out everything without delay and delivered as promised. Even though he was on leave he arranged everything for collecting the car on Sunday and James was extremely helpful answering all my questions about car.I travelled 160 miles to collect the car and it was really worth travelling. Thanks for the excellent service!! Highly recommended :)

Lexus Cardiff gave me amazing customer service today, I went in as I was worried about some warning lights and Paul took the keys and organised a lift home for me and put it through diagnostics. I cant thank them enough, brill garage, Louise also extremely helpful and driver to home to fab too....all in all a great service. thank you

Phill Evans was incredibly helpful and answered every question with thorough knowledge on the car I test drove.He is a great asset to Lexus Cardiff. He made it very easy to order my first Lexus.The other staff at the dealership were very polite, helpful and professional.A very kind, cheerful receptionist provided excellent hot drinks during the visit.Phill also rang to follow up on our recent visit to see if anything further was required.Well Done Lexus, great all round professionalism at your stunning Cardiff base.Special thanks to Phill for his professional attitude and jovial nature.

Very impressed with the sales service during my recent purchase of a Lexus NX300h. Raj and the whole team were very welcoming. Having never driven an automatic, Raj was great at explaining and providing clear instructions. Dewi was also great and gave a really good orientation to the vehicle. First class experience.
