Adult & Children's Social Care

Social worker who I’ve never met of the name Dawn wrote a false report about me, and gave it to court….I’ve never met the woman. Cafcass got involved and after they interviewed myself and children and found that what Dawn wrote was false they also informed me that what she did was illegal. I made a complaint and Social services did nothing and she is still working to this day.

Absolutely appalling service.IF you are lucky enough to ever get your phone called even answered you can guarantee that any concerns you raise will not be dealt with in a professional and thorough manner

I have never ever required Adult Social Care either mentally or physically so to speak. I am fit and capable and even am qualified to counsel others and teach people to do the same .How shocked was I therefore to receive a letter from Adult Social Care services saying that they had just been given my address and name ..they did not have my telephone number but has been told that I needed help. Well I immediately phoned and told these people that it was not so and guessed where the lead to my details had come from as I had been pestered by other organisations because of the same lies .I used to do counselling for an elderly man for free through meeting him at a London based church that I used to speak at in the way of counselling others and this man had been serenading very hopefully for chance of molesting young ladies from overseas who he picked up on walks and the neighbours had heard them in his London flat of a night ringing and visiting and had interviewed him as they lived above him .Out of the blue this man had asked me in a call some many years after I had even met him seen him at church or counselling what to say...I had said that he should perhaps think about it not be up to this and to seek legal advice but he had told them the neighbours that it was indeed myself who visited him.and stayed there as he knew from.a person at church that I had experienced problems with another friend who I had helped having relatives that lied grossly about me saying that I lived out and about and that I had begged them to stay at their house all lies as the friend s son and daughter were attacking me for even knowing their father...so I was caused a huge amount of trouble because untruths were listed about me and I am still suffering legally to this day some over four years later...They did not supply the subject access request that I had begged them for until after my life had been totally ruined.I

NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE AND I WAS DISAPPOINTED WHEN I FIRST RUNG THEY WAS ASKING ME QUESTIONS

Long call time. Transferred twice. Called 4 times and cut off before answers. Solicitor required to reinstate correct social care that was removed!
