Lowdham Cars are an excellent supplier of good quality vehicles. They are very friendly people , no pushy sales staff , who let you look over the cars and make a decision in peace. I would recommend them highly.

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Woman that owns it is extremely rude. Nothing but problems with my car within the 3 weeks I've had it. Happy for me to break down twice with my two young children. Ended up having a full blown argument resulting in her hanging up on me. Trading standards are being ContactedEdit- 20/07/2020 in reply to your response yes you are mistaken as I never got a courtesy car and was without a car for more than 6 months until you finally sorted the problem.

Some of the cars are in poor condition, they don't fix them or put things right until you buy which is not great as it puts you off. If the work was carried out before they went on sale they would I feel sell quickly.

Absolutely fantastic. So so friendly and absolutely no pressure. My wife and I went to see a BMW Z4 and they just handed us the keys and said take it for a run. Nothing to hide and honest. Brilliant! Very rare service indeed. My wife loves the car.

Don’t buy from this dealership ship. Brought a car from them and stated I wanted problems fixed before purchase only to find out that after I brought it hardly any of the issues had been sorted. It took them weeks to even give me the car, promised a delivery on a certain day but never arrived. Since having the car, I’ve had nothing but problems and have been told by many garages that I was charged way too much and essentially the car is ready for scrap. When I got the car, I told them that there was an oil leak which they denied. Took it to another garage who confirmed I had a 3 part oil leak and quoted £500 to repair. All responses to this was that I need to claim via RAC warranty. From the minute you buy from this dealership they wash their hands with you and take zero accountability. As a first time driver they took advantage of that and fobbed me off with rubbish. I’m now 4k down and looking for an another car. If you have any sense I seriously advise you don’t but from here as you will be out of pocket and looking for a new car within months !!!!Reply to owner- It was an automatic 07 mini. It’s been more in the garage then out. I’ve been advised that the automatic gearbox is on its way out and have been advised to get rid of it asap. You saying that you go above and beyond for all customers is simply not true because if that was the case I don’t believe I would be in this situation
