After nearly 12 months of ankles and heel pain, only able to walk short distances and awful experiences with NHS, I was actually told both they could do for me and keep taking pain killers, I was recommended to AXIS Podiatry. I made an appointment with Lindsay who did tests the NHS never did, gave me temporary innersoles, which massively helped within 2-3 weeks then she supplied my own made to measure innersoles and I am so pleased I have retuned to my walking and currently doing between 10,000 - 15,000 + steps a day pain free! I never thought I would retuned to normal activity and life, the difference these have made to my life is unbelievable and I can highly recommend AXIS Podiatry and hope anyone suffering pain gets the same relief I have. Thank you AXIS you are the best and so grateful for the improvement to my life!

Dr. Lindsey Hill was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about the condition of my feet and performed many different tests to see how my feet operated in different walking paces. Being an elite athlete having such great orthotics meant that many injuries I suffered from due to my hips, feet and legs were all kept to a minimum after using these customised orthotics.

Lindsay has carried out valuable research into the benefits of orthotics on back pain so when I began with back pain after walking in new walking wellingtons I knew who to contact and Lindsay did not disappoint. The orthotics have worked really well and now back to pain free walks. Thanks so much Lindsay!

I have been seeing Lindsay as and when required for around 5 years. She was the first person to highlight a skeletal issue to me which was contributing to a considerable amount of back pain. She prescribed me some orthotics which have combatted the problem ever since the diagnosis. I check in with Lindsay every couple of years to make sure everything is as it should be. She is always very professional and accommodating, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Lindsay.

Lindsay is brilliant at her job - I would thoroughly recommend her. I had my first insoles two years ago and the difference it has made is enormous. I walk do a little golf and Pilates and Yoga and I have had no problems whatsoever since using the insoles.

I can’t recommend Dr. Lindsay enough. My daughter went from pain with walking and hobbling about to passing her dance exam weeks later which meant so much to her! All that through Lindsay’s thorough assessment and the correct advice and insoles. Very reassuring, thorough and professional would definitely recommend for anyone needing a biomechanical assessment/foot pain and as in my daughter’s case this was for a child. I saw Lindsay in 2020 for custom orthotics as I had to wait ages for an NHS referral and they have really helped. I’m ordering another set now as axis offer a much more in-depth assessment and far superior product.
