My mum and I both had our nails done with Amy just after mother's day as a treat, we even paid an extra £5 as Amy didn't have any change on her. Our nails looked amazing at first but then we started to notice the faults a few days after (bubbles, chips) to which amy had to come fix my mums nail.Some of our nails started lifting in less than a week and when I tried to contact Amy she completely ignore my messages until I said that i would have to find someone else to fix them. Amy eventually came to fix our nails but after a few more days nails were pinging off. Our nails didn't even last 2 weeks. I had paid £80 for my mum and I to have our nails done for less than 2 weeks, that seems ridiculous and such a waste of money.We had had enough and decided we no longer wanted to use Amy for our nails there was too many problems in such a short space of time.When I let Amy know we would be cancelling our appointment we were ignored AGAIN!!Overall I wouldn't recommend at all.

This was my first time getting gel extensions for an upcoming formal event. The team are friendly and relaxed yet professional and Chelsea did a fantastic job. Getting your nails done is such a treat and I will be coming back here in the future!!

I’m in love with this salon. And I’m in love with one of the hairdressers in particular demi. My hair was in such a bad way, I had highly neglected it. But Demi has managed to recover and restore it to such a better place it’s unreal. I absolutely love the colour, just the right blonde for me and words can’t say enough how talented she is. Highly recommend, and this isn’t my first visit. It’s very hard for me to go into a salon as I have mental heath, but everyone was so welcoming. Hands down best place ever.

I love this place! I come and get my nails and hair done and all the girls never fail to make my day. They're all so chatty, funny, talented and welcoming. I don't think I could ever go to another salon. They've set the bar that high! I've had both Amy and Toni do my hair (perm, cut and colour) and they're great at what they do! Amy and Chelsea have done my nails in the past and I'm always looking to see what new nail art designs Chelsea has come up with on Facebook! Would highly recommend, you won't regret it!Update : I haven't changed my mind!!PS: Toni is awesome with hair colour!

So these ladies…. Wow! Always have such a lovely experience with them, both myself and my daughter are client. We love the atmosphere and it just like being with family. Will recommend always! Amy did my nails today for holiday and what an amazing job! I love them. Thank you.

From manicures to piercings and hair treatments, it has a lot that you could ask for.I am giving this business a 5-Star review as my experience on Friday last week was nothing short of outstanding.The people who work there are friendly and understanding. They made me feel comfortable when I felt like the odd one out. An inclusive business run by women who are more than capable of making me laugh and smile while doing my finger nails to perfection.Offering customers free stuff including wild conversations to tea was truly a dream come true.Much Love, Aryan.

Lovely bunch of ladies, welcoming and warm however the aftercare is what's let me down. I paid to have roots, highlights, a cut & finish and gel nails on hands and toes. I was told I'd be in for 9.30am and be done by 2.30pm, this wasn't the case I had to rush them at 4.10pm as I had school pick ups at 4.30pm. It was abit frantic at the end which was not ideal, hair was not Completely Dry. When I went to collect my daughter a friend pointed out I had die all along the hairline and ears from root touch up. Not ideal if having a nice out of socialising. It was a mess. Lucky I packed snacks as didn't anticipate it to take this long. They did offer cups of tea throughout my stay which was great - Thank you. Here comes the bad bit... I sent Amy (management) a message that my blouse got bleach on it and was damaged, (I Didn't notice as it Was on my back) it's been over a week, almost 2 now since my visit and she hasn't replied at all. My gel nails on hands lasted 6 days before chipping which was frustrating. I had to pay to get them removed on Holiday. I understand they are busy, but atleast get back to people. I'm left sad my favourite blouse is damaged. It's bitter sweet as I'm glad the highlights on my hair turned out the colour I Wanted, just sad that it appears they don't care when they don't reply.
