Knowledgeable, diligent and with great customer service. Would recommend. While they were replacing a cracked screen my iPad the iPad was unfortunately damaged.Without hesitation they immediately bought me a brand new replacement iPad for no additional charge.

I give my iPad first generation to be fixed as didn’t switch on after been charged for the week and no signs of live.Owner of the shop said leave with me and we will sort it out. After investigationTurn out fault is in charging dock and battery. After repairing iPad my first charge was after a week. Highly recommended. Reasonable priceVery good service.Many thanks

I can’t praise them enough. They managed to retrieve some accidentally-deleted pictures that were the last photos I took of my father. They did this quickly, without fuss and at minimal cost. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Great cominication, didn't mess us around with hidden costs and inaccurate quotes.When they realised the job was more complex than first assumed they were very upfront with us, no pressure to keep going if it was out of our budget.Brilliant turnaround on our fix, will definitely be bringing stuff to them in the future!

as a business owner, technology is extremely important to me and having Valter and Hugo's support is just amazing. I have recently had issues with my mac screen which they fixed, i have a new mac which they cloned effortlessly and they helped with a few other things that have really helped me immensely. i would 100% recommend them. Their knowledge is incredible as is the customer service they provide xx

I had my laptop upgraded and Windows 10 installed at Short Circuit Computers. The service I received was superb. Valter was very knowledgeable and explained clearly what he was going to do. I handed my laptop in on Monday afternoon and it was ready to collect early on Wednesday morning. I have no hesitation in recommending Short Circuit Computers to my family and friends. It is a wonderful Company.

These guys are brilliant, whether it's something simple like a new phone battery or a big Mac hard drive backup and replacement. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. Today I took my old iPhone 6 in saying there was a problem with it charging erratically. They cleaned the port, which fixed the problem instantly, and didn't even charge me|!

Really pleasant and efficient service at a good price.They investigated a fault with my laptop, but made no charge at all for this as it transpired the fault was serious and not cost effective to repair.I also asked them to replace the battery on a different laptop. Good price quoted. They ordered the new battery and asked me to pop the laptop down to them a couple of days later. I did so and they installed the new battery immediately/quickly, with minimum fuss, while I waited.All service done with a smile. I would be very happy to use their services again.

Great service, completely transparent about the price and timing. Quick and reasonably priced and were great at explaining everything for the non techies. Went above and beyond to sort my laptop, will definitely be going here for next time!
