Perfect service, could not of been more helpful. I called the store to check on speedy delivery, and despite being due to close shortly, Rob still managed to get the product to the post office and delivered next day. Even called to make sure I'd received it. Would recommend. A**** service.

I was looking for some Savox SH0257MG servo's to replace my burnt out Align DS410M which are technically the same as savox just rebranded. After searching on Google I came across West London Models who had them in stock at the lowest available price...Result! To make things even better I later relised they were actually local a 20 minute drive from my home. Standing in a rc model shop looking around brought back good happy memories:-) Why? Because the last time I stood in one was in the late 90s (Brentford) before the new owners took over. (Miss the old guys! Always wanting to play boxing. I was a teen who worked every Saturday and Sunday at a market stall. Spending every penny on rc cars, airplanes oh and them rockets with the parachutes that pop out the top. Wouldn't sell me any helicopters as was too dangerous and you needed training lessons in them days.Anyways the gentleman who served me at West London Models was Excellent! Very Polite and Helpful. Ordered an item online on Monday around noon and it was with me by the end of the day on Wednesday. The price was better than anywhere else online and postage was included too, with the item well packaged and protected in transit. In short: great prices, fast dispatch and good attention to detail. I recently approached Rod for getting into remote control cars and he recommended the Hotshot 2 which was an excellent experience building it so much so that I went back and bought a TT02 CLK, Rod also has provided me with excellent information aound aircraft remote control units which was brilliant.Great store and great people.

Making this review specifically because of the customer service I received. They went above and beyond to secure a model that I had ordered which unfortunately was incorrectly marked as in stock. I could have been waiting weeks if not months if they hadn't gone the extra mile for me. Thanks very much and I'll be recommending this shop to all my fellow flyers!
