It's always a concern when going to a new company, but I really shouldn't have worried. Excellent service, the scooter feels like new again. Then going out for a ride the scooter stopped and refused to move. I called Dave and he shot out, within minutes he was in the middle of Cusworth park fixing a loose connection for me. Fantastic, can't rate Doncaster Mobility Scooters highly enough, I'm now a customer for life.

I have had a few mobility scooters from Dave at Doncaster Mobility scooters.Some times I can be a pain wanting to change my scooter ask him to come out and just check its ok as I have 2 from him the small one is for day trips .I find him to do all he can to accommodate my needs I highly recommend him .both my scooters are from him and he works on both when needed .So if your looking for a scooter give him a call .x

Once again top class customer service from Dave and his team.Dave offers prompt collection and re-delivery of your wheelchair/scooter from your home.He provides straight talking advice to get you mobile again as quickly as possible.Great communication from him every step of the way and the reassurance that whatever the issue with your mobility aid, it will be sorted out in a timely manner at a realistic price.He also has a lovely friendly team working for him who are a pleasure to deal with.There are far too many companies out there who add a huge price premium purely because of the 'disability' tag...Dave isn't one of them and I have no hesitation recommending him to all my disabled friends who may need his services in the future.

I recently had my mobility scooter collected to have two new tyre's fitted and a new intertube along with a service. On collection my wife was advised that the excessive wear to front tires was due to a fault with the suspension so she agreed to have this looked at. The following day my wife received a phone call saying that the suspension problem was adequately sorted and he then went on to sell her two new solid tires for the front to eliminate future wear !!! Today severely days after my scooter was returned I was left horrified my first day out expecting a great ride was left dissatisfied. Why would anyone want to put solid tires on an allterain mobility scooter as a replacement for blow up tires with more tread on them. This has taken away the off road capabilities of the scoter it just shakes the living day lights out of me now. This is £200 I will not be spending at mobility services again.
