Rather underwhelming coffee, flat white definitely too much milk and when asked to get a normal cup or at least without the plastic lid, you are forced to produce waste by taking take away cups with lids you instantly ate throwing into the bin.

At 3:45 am an employee arrived to begin the opening process, only he didn't. He stood around and did basic jobs, set the tables up and organised the lining areas, all without saying a word to any of the 13 customers queuing up. The shop is due to open at 4am.At around 4:45 another employee , a lady, arrived... clearly late, one of the customers that was sick of waiting asked what time they open and they replied 5am. They then went on to make themselves a coffee and go out for a cigarette before opening at 5, all in all this was all very unprofessional and they were not organised at all. If there was a Starbucks here I would undoubtedly choose there over here any day of the week.Utterly ignorant staff, worst service I've ever experienced.

Love Costa coffee flat whites. Taste good and big fan of thrleir carrot cakes . Service also good but sometimes a queue starts forming which is not so great if in rush

The best hot chocolate I had in a costa shop! I was really touched by the kindness and patience of one of the man working there (maybe the manager?) , even if it was 2 am he was smiling to everyone and spreading positivity.Thank you.

I bought white hot chocolate but it's officially water. When I reported this situation to the officer, he said that this was the measure. officially gave hot water and nothing about white chocolate. the coffee i drink all the time but i really stansted the costa disgrace at the airport. I would never choose again. the staff were extremely rude and didn't even offer to give a new one and I threw it out without drinking.

The queue in the attached pic took them about only 5 min to serve, although with reduced menu but while providing very polite smiley service. Nice coffee as at any Costa branch. Well done, team!

Asked for some hot water, been refused, pay for some hot water, been refused, in the mean time, they sell very hot drinks.For health and safety reason, what a good reason.

I am a regular customer and I enjoy the food. However, after grabbing my lunch, I realised that there was no free table because at least half of the tables were taken by people who either had long finished their meals or were not even customers. Some used the tables to play cards. I asked the shop assistant to vacate a table for us, but they declined to do so. Eventually I had to eat standing. Never again.
