I had seen many positive review so I was rather disappointed by the exchange rate. It was less than competitive. The rate was USD1 to GBP 1.3158 as opposed to the 0.824 which I found after some research online. However, I was in such a hurry that day. I regret changing it now. I should have done more research and asked more questions. However, the service was fast. I just wish there was consistency with the rates. I suggest you offer more value when it comes to foreign exchange so people are not doubtful of your service.

Ordered 3 different currencies. Good rates of exchange. Online order. Local exchange office, so easy to collect. Delivery within order time. My usual exchange for currency. Although I also check exchange rates and they remain good
