Martin was very professional and knowledgeable about his trade. The carpets were high quality and I was very happy with them. Would highly recommend if you are looking for good carpets at a good price.

Absolute amazing fitters,the finished job was to the highest quality.martin was very helpfull and held onto the carpets for 3 weeks while i decorated.highly highly recommended.2 years later....carpets are flat and look old.not the best of quality

Fitted carpets in a whole flat , very quick and did a great job .

Having found Allen Carpets a couple of years ago I have repeatedly gone back to them. Firstly, Martin is friendly, knowledgeable and honest which is a rarity these days, secondly his vinyls/carpets are the best quality and thirdly the fitters he uses, Darren and Spud, are amazing. We live in a flat so trying to get a large piece of vinyl in was a potential issue however before we purchased it Martin called the fitters who gave their advice on what would work (they had previously fitted at our flat so they knew what they were talking about). The fitters are very knowledgeable, friendly and work efficiently and are very tidy. I cannot recommend Allen Carpets enough and have no hesitation in recommending them. All in all a first class business.

Excellent service from Allen Carpets. Martin was very helpful and knowledgeable while we were making our choice and there was no pressure for a sale. The whole process was easy and the customer service was superb. The fitters were great , they arrived on time and the job was completed to an excellent standard. Great bunch of guys that helped us incredibly - at short notice too! Much better price than anywhere else, lovely quality carpet and fitters did a great job. Won’t be going anywhere else now and cannot recommend highly enough.
