International Convention Centre Wales

A high quality, modern convention centre situated near the Coldra junction on the M4, and next to the Celtic Manor complex, to which it is associated. There is a huge carpark which is easy to find and is very close to the main entrance.The centre is staffed well by a thoroughly efficient and approachable staff. The reception desk was easy to find just inside the main entrance and was staffed by a very pleasant lady who got us to where we needed to get too quickly.The cleanliness of the centre is exceptional and it is warm and comfortable. Even the toilets were cleaned to a very high standard, and this was maintained throughout the day.Overall, this building is a very welcome addition to the area.

First time visiting and wow very impressed. Went to Comic Con fantastic venue, massive so spacious wall to wall carpet, air conditioning. Underground carpark. Loads of clean toilets, free water stations. Tables & chairs all around venue so you can sit down and relax. Grab a coffee/tea or a pastries from inside shop. Disabled friendly. The venue is over 3 floors I couldn't believe how big this building was. Staff were friendly. This was a monopoly event for ComicCon. It was worth the 250 mile drive.

Comic con weekend what can I say. After waiting for nearly 3 years due to covid it was a brilliant experience loved every minute. People were friendly, happy and just great to have fun with. Met a load of movie stars and got a bit star struck

Excellently designed complex ₩ith space to accommodate at least 3,500 attendees. I experienced this ₩ith around 3,800 J₩s & interested persons at 1st day's session!

Fantastic venue, had a lovley 3 day convention here. Great choice of food stalls, plenty of seating and friendly staff. Very clean and well maintained. Looking forward to next year's visit!

Went for a graduation ceremony and had to park over in the Celtic Manor car park because of how poor the planning was. Also the food stalls ran out of food very early in the day and hospitality staff were absolutely clueless throughout, as if they weren't trained at all. Prices were absolutely insane, definitely milking the grads and their families for miniscule drinks and food. The food was tasty but portions were small. It just seemed as if they grabbed a bunch of clueless staff and threw them into the deep end with no training or planning. The red dragon is the only saving grace.

We went for the convention of Jehovah's witnesses. The first one in four years due to COVID. It was wonderful being with so many fellow believers.The staff at the facility were friendly and eager to help. The toilets were regularly checked and cleaned.The outdoor seating area during the lunch break was lovely.I would be happy if the next annual convention was held here.Ample parking.

A very well equipped and comfortable exhibition centre. Great food and catering. Right next to the M4 with a huge car park built under the facility. Celtic Manor next door has all the hotel/golf facilities you might need.

It's such a beautiful place, lovely scenery and comfy seats/chairs.

Comicon was great. Well organised, except the food stalls outside which were a bit of a disaster in my opinion
