If Zero stars could be left that would be an honest indication of this organisation. The worst part is that no one chooses to deal with NSL, people are forced to deal with them!An honest summary of operations;- Inefficient.- Unaccountable for any of their actions or errors.- Professionally unavailable to discuss matters by phone or respond to letters.- Largely unregulated independently within their scopes of opertions. Particularly relating to DVLA contracts.Welcome the oppotunity to change my mind im speaking from experience!How companies in this day and age can adopt and maintain a Cowboy approach to buisness, especially government run contracts is beyond me.....Untouchable, Arrogant....Im Out!
