The food was expensive. We ordered a plain garlic pizza and a Pepperoni Passion. The Pepperoni Passion was nice, BUT the garlic pizza, wasn't. It was burned, making it dry. The reason for 4 stars for service is because I complained and they made another, with more garlic, which we asked for to start with. Out of two toilets, only one was working. There wasn't any soap and hand drying facilities or toilet roll.

Had great brunch there! Cheese tomato and ham pannini yumm! Fresh salad on side, great coffee and very kindly stuff! Smiley faces, that's what we need now! Highly recommend! :)RegardsK

Personally, our experience with myself and my girlfriend was very unpleasant at Food Factory. The chips were as dry, plain and unappetising than I had ever had anywhere else. The burger we had - the quality was very bad, but the taste was “meh” not to mention the rat p*ss on the cans of pop :S

Absolutely love this place! I used to eat here very frequently almost 15 years ago. I came back with my wife and they did not disappoint! Delicious food and exactly what you need after a night out.
