Steve who deals with motorbility was absolutely wonderful from pre arrival over the phone with personalised videos introducing himself and a walk around the vehicles we were interested in. Very polite and informative while we were there, hot drinks and biscuits provided during application process. Car easily ordered and straight forward.

Met Charlie from the Weston Branch when wanting to buy an MG3. He was very knowledgeable and patient and answered any questions I had. His knowledge of the cars were extensive and I knew I was buying the car for me. After-sales care was also excellent as there was a slight problem needing sorting which he arranged to be done quickly and effortlessly and a courtesy car was also provided. Would definitely recommend and use again in future.

Very happy with the service from Howards Hyundai. We received a video showing our car when it arrived, and before our appointment to collect, we received a second video, showing some of the key features/functions, which helped give us ahead start. We were talked through the car on collection day. I don't think Howards Hyundai could have done anything themselves to make the process better. Very satisfied.
