Fantastic! Took my dog there today. Very helpful on the phone when booking him in and great service when I arrived.Way better than the cut he has had before at pets at home. He came out smelling and looking gorgeous. Definitely be back!

I have taken my Cavapoo Teddy here a few times now and have been happy at all times with the groom. Staff are great and service is good value for money. I have visited other dog groomers and this is by far the best in Sittingbourne.

I took my collie cross in for a good groom and bath and was delighted with the result. I would recommend pampered pets to anyone as wouldmy dog Holly who came out with a happy waggly tail and smelling gorgeous. Thank you girls

Just moved to the area and checking out groomers for my little pup.went in the shop, and was shocked how badly it smelt of urine, and was very dirty. I don't think the staff new I was there as one girl was shouting at a dog calling it an idiot, the poor dog looked terrified and was trying to get away from her on the table. Suffice to say I left.Definately won't be using them.

My dog is scared stiff of groomers after a bad experience. It’s took the staff here a few visits to bring him round. Now he goes in wagging his tail and comes out the same. The cut is always amazing, And he smells Devine. Thank you for your patience and understanding with him. Would highly recommend this place.Wouldn’t go anywhere else!!

I have been using pampered pets for the past six years every month since my dog was a puppy. The staff are kind, caring and highly professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I would not take my dog anywhere else. My top priority is my dog’s well being and she loves the staff at pampered pets and I know she is well looked after whilst In their care. She always looks beautiful when she comes out and smells gorgeous too!

I took my disabled dog on Saturday 17th for the first time to have his nails cut and I can say I won’t be returning. First of all they got his name wrong and when she carried him to the place went to sit down she fell over with him and the other lady thought it was funny very unprofessional so I won’t be using them again I didn’t even get apology from them.
