My experience of hypnotherapy with Becky has been absolutely fabulous! I wanted to lose weight but had difficulty finding the motivation because i was depressed. She gave me a few sessions on self belief and self worth first of all and I immediately began to feel better in myself. Then we tackled my weight issue. I have had to change the way I organise my eating habits and am planning my meals more carefully. Some of the changes were hard at the beginning but I felt really determined to do it. Becky made me feel in control and positive about what I was doing and she supported me outside of our sessions too. She is very understanding and was so accommodating when I had to alter some of my appointments due to my childcare problems. I have recommended her to all my friends and am so happy I tried hypnotherapy. It's changed my outlook on everything! If you want help with any problem I would definitely go to see her. Rebecca is approachable and affable and immediately puts you at ease. She is thorough in her questioning and quickly got to the root of my anxiety. I had suffered with it in social situations for years, now my life has completely changed and I can go anywhere and feel relaxed and comfortable. I am enormously grateful for her expertise.
